Smashburger contacted me with a super fun opportunity. They had a partnership with the seasoning company McCormicks to parner together on a launch of a new flavor at Smashburger's Times Square restaurant location.
The shoot was a combination of portraits with head chef Ty using the seasoning, and some product photography of the seasoning bottle and wings, tator tots and an ice cream shake all using the new seasoning.
The catch was, we had 3 days to prep and images were needed that day. We also had to photograph in an open restaurant location in Denver.
Thankfully, I had worked with Ty before and he is a total pro and great on camera. He whipped up the dishes and we had fun tossing some tots around.
The media campaign and launch was a big hit and it was exciting to see the images used on location within days of taking them. My images were featured on Meat + Poultry Magazine, and Bake Magazine and on McCormick's social media channels.
